Badaling Great Wall Railway Station
Opened on Dec 30 2019, Badaling Great Wall High Speed Railway Station (Chinese name 八达岭长城站) also is called Badalingchangcheng railway station that is located in Yanqing District, 65km northwest of downtown of Beijing. This underground high-speed railway station on the Beijing–Zhangjiakou intercity railway covers 49,500 square metres, including 9,000 square metres overground station building and 40,500 square metres underground track area and platform area. The platforms of station is beneath the Badaling Great Wall and located 62 metres below the surface, and the waiting room of station also is located 9 metres below the surface, making it the deepest high-speed railway station in the world. There is one 42 metres long underground elevator that also is the longest underground elevator in the world. Badalingchangcheng railway station has 2 platforms, 4 railway tracks. serving 12 high-speed trains and bullet trains on the Beijing-Zhangjiakou intercity railway per day.

There are two railway stations at Badaling Great Wall, Badaling Great Wall High-Speed Railway Station (Badalingchangcheng railway station), and Badaling Railway Station.
Badaling Great Wall High-Speed Railway Station is also called Badalingchangcheng railway station that is located in Badaling Great Wall scenic area and serves the high-speed trains
Badaling Railway Station is located in Badaling town, 3km northwest from Badaling Great Wall scenic area. This station serves S2 ordinary train from Beijing Huangtudian station to Badaling Railway Station.
Arrivals
Step 1: After get off your train, follow the direction signs to take two elevators from 62 metres underground platforms to exits on the ground, one elevator is 20 metres long and another is 42 metres long, and then please show your passport and confirmation No.(or paper ticket) to station staff to check out.
Step 2: Leave Station to visit Badaling great wall. The north cable car terminal is 150 metres on right side of station (3 minutes walking), and the hiking entrance is 450 metres on left side of station(10 minutes walking).
Departures
Step 1: After visit Badaling Great Wall, please walk to station 45 minutes before the train departure.
Step 2: Go through Security Check and real-name ID check to enter by showing passport to station staff.
Step 3: Take the elevator down to waiting room, and find the Boarding Gate (check-in Gate). The gate No. will be in the confirmation email we send to you.
Step 4: Have a seat near the gate to wait for check-in and boarding. The boarding gate will be opened 25 minutes prior to the departure time.
Step 5: Ticket check. Please show your passport and confirmation No. to station staff to check in. The boarding gate will be closed 10 minutes before the train departs
Step 6: Take the elevators down to the platform.

The electronic tickets are available on all high-speed and bullet train routes from or to Badaling Great Wall Railway Station.
