How to get to Lanzhou West Railway Station by Metro and Taxi

Lanzhou West Railway Station is located in Qilihe District, 9km west of Lanzhou downtown, 12km west of Lanzhou Railway Station, 60km southeast of Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport. Lanzhou West Railway Station can be reached by metro line 1, taxi and bus. Metro is mostly recommended.

Option 1, Take Metro Line 1

Lanzhou West railway station can be reached by Metro Line 1.

The metro station: North Square of Lanzhou West Station(兰州西站北广场站)

The metro station location: B1 floor on north station square (D and C entrance / exit), 150 metres from the north exit of Lanzhou West Railway Station.

The first train: 06:46, the last train: 22:16, interval: 7 minutes

Option 2, Take Taxi

Taxi is one convenient and fast, but also the most expensive way to get to Lanzhou West Railway Station.

The taxi fare from Lanzhou downtown to Lanzhou West Railway Station is around RMB18, 25 minutes.

Option 3, Take Bus

There are 27 bus routes to or pass Lanzhou West Railway Station, including bus 1, bus 5, bus 18 and bus 31, airport bus, etc. The bus stations are on B1 floor of north station square.

But the buses are not recommended to foreign passengers, because most bus stops are in Chinese and few bus crew or driver can speak English.
