Shanghai Hongqiao Airport(SHA) is located in the western suburbs of Shanghai, only 13 kilometres away from the city centre, including Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The ground transports are included Airport Shuttle Bus, Taxi, and Metro Line 2 and Metro Line 10.

Shanghai Pudong Airport(PVG) is located about 35 kilometres (21mi) east of Shanghai city centre, including Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The ground transports are included Airport Shuttle Bus, Taxi, and Metro Line 2.

Subway Line 2 are the most convenient and cheapest way between Pudong airport and Shanghai city centre. Subway Line 2 links Terminal 1, Terminal 2 of Shanghai Pudong Airport and Longyang Road, Lujiazui, Nanjing East Road, Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station. As the part of the Shanghai Metro system, taking Line 2 can transfer to other lines to anywhere Shanghai city. The ticket fee is around RMB2-8 per person and it will take you around 30 - 60 minutes.

How to get to Pudong Airport from Hongqiao Airport

Shanghai Pudong Internaional Airport(PVG) is located 55km east of Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport(SHA). There are three opotions get to Pudong airport from Hongqiao Airport, by Airport bus line 1, Metro line 2, Maglev Trains + Metro Line 2 and Taxi. The airport bus Line 1 is recommended.
