Medical Services

It provides diagnosis, first-aid and ambulance services (admitting and transferring patients) in the terminal and prepares all kinds of frst-aid medicine and common pharmaceuticals.

Provide such services as copying, printing, photography, typing, domestic/international fax, etc.

Serve Locations:

Terminal 1 is 50 metres east to Gate 2 on Floor 2, with service hours from 7:00 to 21:30 and service hotline as 010-64590343;

Terminal 2 is opposite to Gate 14 on Floor 2, with service hours from 6:30 to 21:30 and service hotline as 010-64590360;

Terminal 3 is located on the north to Check-in Area H on Floor 4, with service hours from 6:00 to 21:00 and service hotline as 86 10-64530016;

Note:

Any passenger with the following demands during the non-service hours of the Business Center can go to the Passenger Service Center of each Terminal for printing or copying.

Passengers are required to print the Exit & Entry Permit for the Taiwan Area of the Republic of China, E-visa and the Itinerary/Receipt of Return Ticket when going through the check-in procedures.

Passengers applying for a temporary certificate for taking the flight are required to print the Residence Registration Certificate.

Anyone claiming the lost items is required to print the identity document.

The Luggage Claim Lobby has six dressing rooms equipped with mirrors, tables, chairs and hooks, convenient for passengers to change clothes.

Nursing Room

Nursing rooms are provided for the convenience of parents traveling with babies. They are typically equipped with changing tables, basins and seats, in addition to small-size diapers and baby wipes. And the nursing rooms have 220v safe sockets as an added safety feature. Mothers can take care of their children easily and conveniently.
