Charges: RMB15 - 35 per baggage per day. The calculation standard for storage hours: Less than 1day should be calculated by 1 day , more than 1 day but no more than 12 hours should be calculated by the half day. more than 12 hours but less than 24 hours should be calculated by 1 day

Medical Services

Service time: 24-hours.

The Medical Services center is located on the west side of Arrivals Hall in the Domestic Terminal, and provides emergency rescue services and passengers with fee-for-service general medical services at the airport.

Service Items:

Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses, sale of over-the-counter medicines, transfer of passengers on stretchers, first-aid and other relevant medical assistance.

ATM Machines

There are two ATM cash machines in the Domestic Terminal operated by the Bank of Communications and China Construction Bank. They are located near Entrance 4 in the Domestic Terminal.

There are two ATMs operated by the Agriculture Bank of China and Bank of Communications.

Currency Exchange

The main business of Hainan Transforex Currency Exchange Ltd., includes:

1, Currency Exchange. Available currencies include: U.S. dollar, euro, pound, Hong Kong dollar, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, Taiwan dollar and other currencies listed. There are also minor currency exchange services for Ringgit, ruble, Thai baht, Japanese yen, and South Korean won. Door-to-door currency exchange service is also available. In addition, passengers can make requests online, and withdraw money as appropriate.

First-aid

The First-aid Center is located at the western side of the Arrival Hall of the Domestic Terminal, providing passengers with fee-for-service general medical assistance and emergency rescue services. We offer quality services to passengers with Hainan Airlines’ culture of "Treating people sincerely as a fundamental, with modesty and courteous service.” The center operates a rescue ambulance, normal ambulance, general medical first-aid equipment, and relevant medical first-aid facilities and equipment that to satisfy the requirements of general medical first-aid and to ensure passenger safety.

Duty Free Shop

CDF Sanya Phoenix Airport Duty Free Shop is subordinate to China Tourism Group and is its fifth duty-free shop in Hainan. It is located in the waiting hall of Sanya Phoenix International Airport. Sanya Phoenix Airport Duty Free Shop adopts the shopping mode of "purchase and pick-up" to optimize passengers’ shopping experience and make duty free shopping more convenient and efficient.
