Option 1, Taxi
Taxi is one convenient and fast way to get to Changbaishan Railway Station.
If you take the taxi, you can show the following Chinese sentence to Taxi driver:

Option 2, Bus
There are 2 bus routes at Changbaishan Railway Station to Changbai Mountains Tourist Transport Center(North), and Changbai Mountains Nature Museum, including No. 1, and No. 3
Bus ticket fares: RMB2 per person / one way
But the bus is not recommended to foreign passengers, because most bus stops are in Chinese and few bus crew or driver can speak English.
