How to claim lost items:

Method 1: Claim by owner

At the time confirmed with the lost and found office, the owner shall provide his or her original ID card, passport, or other valid identification documents and submit photocopies as evidence of collection. If the item is lost on transportation to and from the airport, the owner shall also provide the relevant travel documents, such as the air ticket, boarding pass, and airport bus ticket. The owner shall also provide detailed seat information if possible. The lost and found office shall return the lost item to the owner after verification and registration.

Method 2: Authorization of an agent to collect the lost item

At the time confirmed with the lost and found office, the agent shall provide the owner's power of attorney in original or fax copy, the owner's original or photocopied ID card, passport, or other valid identification documents, and the agent's own original ID card, passport, and other valid identification documents and submit the photocopies of these as evidence of collection. If the item is lost on transportation to and from the airport, the agent shall also provide relevant travel documents, such as the air tickets, boarding passes, and airport bus tickets.
