Ticket's Cancellation and Change Policies of trains in Mainland of China
Change Policy
1. Train ticket just can be changed only once
2. The passenger name and passport number cannot be changed after the ticket is issued. If name or number is wrong, the ticket cannot be used, you need to cancel it and rebooked.
3. After the change, if you want to cancel your new ticket, you need to go to the ticketing counter in railway station, and show your passport to do it by yourself.
4. If you have picked up the paper tickets at railway station, we cannot change your ticket any more. You need to go to the station ticket office to make the change by yourself.
5. The change request must be sent to us by email during the service hours 08:00-21:00 (Beijing time, and at least 2 hour prior to the depature time of your train.
6. The change is NOT guaranteed to succeed because the change need to be done at ticketing counter. If failed, the change fee will be refunded to you
Change fee: HKD19 per ticket.
If we receive your change request email 55 hours prior to the departure time
The ticket can be changed to one available train on the different date
But if you want to upgrade the ticket's class, you need to pay the price difference.
If we receive your change request email from 55 hours to 3 hours prior to the departure time
If the tickets need to be changed to the date after the departure, you need to pay the extra cost
If there are less than 3 hours prior to the departure time.
You need to go to the ticketing counter in railway station to make the change by yourself.

If we receive your cancellation request email 15 days prior to the departure time
The service fee is HKD28 per ticket
If we receive your cancellation request email from 15 days to 50 HOURS prior to the departure time
The cancellation fee = ticket price * 5% + HKD29 service fee per ticket
If we receive your cancellation request email from 50 HOURS to 26 HOURS prior to the departure time
The cancellation fee = ticket price * 10% + HKD29 service fee per ticket
If we receive your cancellation request email from 26 HOURS to 1.5 HOURS prior to the departure time
The cancellation fee = ticket price * 20% + HKD29 service fee per ticket
If we receive your cancellation request email less 3 hours prior to the departure time
Your ticket cannot be cancelled, Non-Refundable.
How long will you receive the refund?
It usually takes 7 - 20 working days. It depends on the issuing bank.
