a. Before making online reservations with Chinaairlinetravel.com Internet E-ticket system, please take a moment to register as a first-time user. Completing and sending us your online information indicates your compliance with our service agreement and terms of conditions
b. As you enter our home page, we invite you to try out our tinerary_page to select the departure and arrival cities; flight date; then flight_page select your flight; fare and the number of passengers in your group.
c. Next, fill in the passenger Infomation form, include name, passport, nationality and contact information. Please make sure your information is correct so you can be noticed in case of any flight delay or flight cancellation.
d. Review your completed flight information.
e. Submit your booking.
f. We will send the confirmation letter to you by email within 12 hours
g. After received the confirmation letter. You must complete your payment by paypal within the required time limit that will be noted in the confirmation, or your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

A valid identification document refers to certificates issued by specific government departments such as personal I.D., valid passport or birth certificate. It is necessary to check in. How do I change my airline ticket? - Return to Top
If you would like to change the flight route, the date of the flight or the class of service, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes will be made depending on the type of ticket that was purchased and the seat availability.
For the first change, we do not charge any fees for changes made within the same class of the same airlines. To upgrade your ticket, there is a additional cost.
For the second change, you may be charged an additional service fee USD 5 for per ticket.

Passengers taking international or China domestic flights should arrive at the airport within the required time limit. Please bring your passport, necessary visas and other valid travel documents and complete all check-in and immigration requirements in advance.

Boarding gates for China domestic flights will be closed 45 minutes before flight departure. Please ensure you arrive for check-in at least 90 minutes in advance of your flight departure.

First and business class passengers are allowed two carry-on bags that cannot exceed 5kg in weight. Economy class passengers are allowed one carry-on bags that cannot exceed 5kg (11 lbs) in weight and dimensions of 55cm (21 inches) in length, 40cm (15 inches) in width and 20cm (7 inches) in height.

There is not limitation of piece for the checked baggage. But any passenger holding an adult or child fare ticket is entitled to the free baggage allowance of 40kgs (88 lbs) for first class, 30kgs (66 lbs) for business class, and 20kgs (44 lbs) for economy class. One bag is allowed free of charge for infants with the maximum dimensions no more than 115cm (45 inches), In addition, a baby stroller (if able to fold) or carrying basket may be checked free of charge.
Limitation of checked baggage weight and volume
- Maximum weight of each baggage should not exceed 45kg, and the maximum dimension should not exceed 100×60×40cm3. The baggage exceeding the above allowance should be transported as freight.
- Minimum weight of each baggage should not be less than 2kg, and the minimum dimension should not be less than 30×10×20cm3. The baggage that exceeding the above allowance can not be transported as checked baggage alone

If the baggage exceeds the weight limit specified above, an excess baggage fee of 1.5% of the fare for a one-way non-stop economy class ticket will be charged for every kilogram overweight.
What is the age limit for the unaccompanied children service? - Return to Top
The unaccompanied children service is for children who are above the age of 5 and under the age of 12 that will be traveling without an adult (at least 18 years old with civil capability). If desired, the unaccompanied children service is available for travelers over the age of 12 and under the age of 18.

Air passenger requiring wheelchairs are required to produce a certificate issued by a hospital to certify the fact. Failure to provide a certificate will prevent the passenger from boarding the flight with your wheelchair.
Please contact the airlines of your flight at least 72 hours before the flight departure if wheelchairs service is needed.
What are the regulations for transporting a wheelchair? - Return to Top
Both manual and electronic wheelchairs are transported as checked baggage. They qualify as free checked-baggage so they are not included in baggage allowance limits. If a wheelchair is needed during check-in and has been given the consent of Airlines, it will be delivered at the departure gate before boarding.
If an electronic wheelchair is checked, the packing should be as follows: • Wheelchair with leak-proof battery – Ensure the battery does not have a short circuit and it should be securely installed on the wheelchair. • Wheelchair without leak-proof battery – The battery should not be installed on the wheelchair and should have protective packaging. It should be leak-proof and fixed with a belt, fixture or bracket on the pallet or in the cargo compartment. Ensure the battery does not have a short circuit and it is filled with suitable absorption material to absorb any leaked liquid. • The packing will be marked as either “BATTERY, WET, WHEELCHAIR”, or “BATTERY, WET, WITH MOBILITY AID”. Additional labels will be added saying “CORROSIVE” and “UPWARD”.
