Domestic Passengers
Ticket purchase
Chinese citizens should show their own lnhabitant ldentity
Cards or some other valid identification credentials for ticket
purchasing, and should fill in the Passenger Reservation Form.
Citizens from foreign countries, oversea Chinese or residents
in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should show their valid personal
identification credentials such as passports, Credentials
for Returning Native Home, Taiwan Compatriot Card, Residence
Permit, Travel Certificate, or other valid identification
credentials issued by the Public Security Authorities. These
passengers should also fill the Passenger Reservation Forms.
Reconfirmation
Passengers having reserved seats on connecting or return flights
should reconfirm their reservations if they stay in the departing
place for more than 72 hours, and the reconfirmation should
be not later than 12:00 at noon 2 days before the departure
of the flight. Reservations without reconfirmation will be
automatically cancelled.
Passenger ticket
Passenger ticket can be used by the very person named. The
ticket is not transferable and should not be mutilated or
altered, otherwise the ticket is void and no refund will be
made.
Validity Period of Tickets
The validity period of a ticket is one year. The validity
period of a confirmed-date ticket is calculated from the date
of commencement of travel. The validity period of an open
date ticket is calculated from zero hour of the day following
the date of issue.
Children fare
Children having reached 2 years of age and but not reached
12 years of age are charged at 50% of the adult fare and infants
under 2 years of age not occupying their own separate seats
are charged at 10% fo the adult fare. One adult passenger
is entitled to accompany one infant using such infant fare.
Passenger fare
Passenger fare means the air transport price applicable for
the carriage from the airport of departure to the airport
of arrival. Passenger fares do not include ground transportation
charges between airport terminals and downtowns.
Loss of passenger ticket
Under the circumstance of losing passenger ticket, it is required
to report the loss to the carrier or its agent in written
form, and provide sufficient proofs of its loss. The carrier
holds no liability for the lost ticket if it has been falsely
used or refunded before the lost ticket is reported.
Hand-carry Articles
First-class passengers may carry two pieces of articles. Business-class
or economy-class passengers may carry one piece of article.
The volume & weight of either one or two pieces should
not exceed 20*40*55cm or 5 kg. Articles exceeding the limits
should be included in the delivery luggage.
Check in
Passengers must check in with the carrier within carrier-specified
time-limit. Passenger ticket and a valid personal identification
are required when checking in.
Ticket Change
For passengers having purchased a ticket but wishes to take
different flight, change flight date or seat class, they should
inform their carriers 48 hours before the original flight
take-off time. A passenger ticket could be changed for only
once.
NO-SHOW
It applies to passengers who fail to board the flight for
reasons such as failing to complete all the departure procedures
in specified time or that their credentials for travel do
not meet the requirement of quthorities, that handling charges
will be charged for their ticket refunding. The handing charges
be 50% of the ticket fare between departure airport of the
missed flight and the arrival airport of destination.
Ticket refund
For passengers, but not group passengers whose ticket-refunding
rules will be made separately, who request to refund their
tickets 24 hours before flight departure time indicated on
the ticket, the handling charges for refund will be 10% of
the original fare; for those who request to refunds within
24 hours of specified flight departure time but 2 hours before
flight departure, 20% of the original fare will be charged;
for those who request to refund within the last 2 hours before
flight departure, 30% of the original fare will be charged.
Articles not to be shipped in baggage
Passengers are not allowed to carry in their delivery baggage
or hand baggage items that are inflammable, explosive, poisonous,
radioactive goods, polymerizable, magnetized, or items o other
kinds of dangers. Passengers are not allowed to carry on board
with the arms, knives under control and sharp or lethal weapons.
Articles not to be packed in baggage
Passengers are not allowed to pack in their delivery baggage
classified documents, confidential materials, diplomatic mail
bags, negotiable securities, currencies, money orders, valuables,
vulnerable or perishable goods, and other articles which need
to be dedicatedly tended. Carriers are not subject to compensation
liability for the loss or damage of the aforementioned articles
packed in the delivery baggage.
Free Delivery Baggage
Free baggage allowance for first-class passengers is 40 kg,
allowance for business-class passengers is 30 kg, and allowance
for economy-class is 20 kg. Infants holding 90% discount tickets
are not entitled to free baggage services.
Baggage Value Declaration
Passengers may declare the value of their delivery baggage
if it exceeds RMB40 per kg. The air carrier will collect a
surcharge for the declared value. Declared value should not
exceed actual value of the baggage. The maximum limit of the
baggage declared value for each passenger is RMB 8,000. When
such baggage is lost or damaged, compensation will be made
by the air carriers according to the declared value.
Health Conditions
Passengers suffering from illnesses should be holding certificates
issued by a medical unit certifying their fitness for traveling
by air.
Baggage Package
The delivery baggage must be well packed, well locked, tied
up solidly and able to withstand reasonable pressure. Air
carriers may refuser to deliver baggage which does not conform
to the packing requirements, or may hold no liability for
its damage or loss.
Compensation for lost baggage
If passengers' delivered baggage gets lost, damaged or partly
damaged, the carrier is subject to the compensation liability,
and the compensation will be no more than RMB20 per kg, and
will be based on the actual weight of the baggage.
Voluntary Insurance for Passengers
Passengers could decide on their own wishes whether to purchase
the Domestic Aviation Transportation Insurance for Accidental
Personal Injury of Passengers. The payment from insurance
companies will not remove or decrease the compensation liability
of carrier in case of personal injuries or death.
Carrier's Liability for the Delayed Flights
When the flight is delayed or cancelled because of the carrier's
fault, meals and hotel accommodations for the passengers during
the delay will be provided free of charge by the carrier.
Ticket Change
For passengers having purchased a ticket but wishes to take

Carrier's Compensation Liability
The maximum compensation for passenger body-injury will be
handle in accordance with related regulations made by the
State Council.

Passengers and their baggage, including delivery baggage as
well as hand-baggage, must undergo security checks before
boarding the plane.
International Passengers
flight schedules
Schedule for international flights is based on information
collected at the time of printing. Information on the schedule,
including flight date and time, flight number, plane type
and stop-by places, is subject to change without further notice.
Reservations
Reservations for international flight may be made with airlines'
booking offices or their authorized ticket agents. Airline
ticketing should be completed within specified time limit
once seats are reserved. Failure to do so may result in cancellation
of the reservation. Passengers should cancel their reservations
made, including those for connecting flights, as soon as possible
once they are no longer needed.
Reconfirmation
Passengers are required to reconfirm their onward or return
flight no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure
of the continuing or return flights, if the passengers stay
at the continuing or return points for more than 72 hours.
Failure to reconfirm flights will result in the cancellation
of any onward or return reservations. Passengers staying for
less than 72 hours do not have to reconfirm their flights.
Ticket
A ticket is the document issued by or on behalf of the carrier
and constitutes the contract of carriage between the Carrier
and the passenger. A ticket is also a certificate for passengers
to check-in baggage and travel by air. Tickets should be kept
clean and undamaged and used only by the passenger named.
Tickets that are transferred, altered or mutilated will be
treated as invalidated and void.
Period of Validity
The period of validity is one year for air tickets issued
for one way, round trip or circle trip fares. If a ticket
is issued on an excursion or special fare, a shorter period
of validity shall be applied in accordance with such excursion
or special tariff's conditions.
Children fare
Children under 12 but over two years of age must pay the applicable
children discount fare, which is 50% or 75% of the adult fare.
Infants under 2 years of age, not occupying a separate seat
and accompanied by an adult, pay 10% of the normal adult fare.
Departure
Passengers should arrive at the airport sufficiently in advance
of the flight departure to complete formalities such as checking
in and immigration, together with their tickets, valid passports
and traveling credentials. Passengers fail to do so will be
responsible for the resulting losses and responsibilities.
Refunds
Upon reasons on the carriers or the passengers themselves,
designated flight trip may fail to be made and ticket refunds
may be requested and handled in accordance with the articles
and regulations. Refunds shall be made at the original ticketing
office or by an authorized of the carrier airline.
Free Baggage Allowance by Weight
For adults and the children who pay 50% of the adult fare,
the free baggage allowance is 40kg for First Class, 30kg for
Business Class, and 20kg for Economy Class.
Free Baggage Allowance by Piece
The piece concept applies to carriage to and from the United
States or Canada. The free baggage allowance for adults and
half-fare children who are entitled to travel in First and
Business Class is two pieces, for which the sum of the three
dimensions must not exceed 158cm, or 62in. for each piece.
The free baggage allowance for passengers who are entitled
to travel in Economy Class, or passengers with traveling discount
fare, is two pieces, for which the sum of the three dimensions
must not exceed 158cm of 62in. for each piece and the overall
dimensions of the two pieces measured together must mot exceed
273cm or 107in.. The maximum weight of any piece of the checked
baggage as set out above must not exceed 32kg.
The free baggage allowance for infants not entitled to a seat
is one piece, the sum of the three dimensions not to exceed
115cm or 45in. plus one collapsible/portable stroller or baby
carriage included in the delivery baggage. Any baggage in
excess of baggage allowance by piece, dimension or weight
will be charged accordingly.
Hand Baggage Allowance
In addition to free-delivered baggage passengers with full
fare or half fare tickets may carry with themselves articles
including a cabas, an overcoat or raincoat, a blanket for
traveling, a walking stick, an umbrella, some reading materials
for the flight, a small camera, a small telescope, baby food
for the trip, a baby cradle, a portable wheel chair for person
with illness, a pair of crutches, racks or artificial limbs.
Baggage Package
The delivery baggage must be well packed, well locked, tied
up solidly and able to withstand reasonable pressure. Air
carriers may refuse to deliver baggage which does not conform
to the packing requirements, or may hold no liability for
its damage or loss.
Articles not to be Shipped as Baggage
Passengers are not allowed to carry in their delivery baggage
or hand baggage items that are inflammable, explosive, poisonous,
radioactive goods, polymerizable, magnetized, or items of
other kinds of dangers, or items prohibited to be carried
by the laws, regulations or orders of the government of P.R.
China or any other nations that the flight will stop by. Passengers
are not allowed to carry on board with the arms, knives under
control and sharp or lethal weapons. It is not allowed for
passengers to pack in their delivery baggage cashes, jewelry,
gold, silver, tickets, negotiable securities or other kind
of valuable items.
Travel Credentials
Passengers should obtain appropriate passports, visas and
other travel credentials in advance of checking in and exit.
Their passports, visas and travel credentials should be carried
together with themselves and should not be delivered in delivery
baggage.
The carrier takes no responsibility for losses and expenses
resulted from incompleteness of passengers' travel credentials.
Passengers should compensate for the carrier's losses, expenses,
or, but not limited to, fine that are resulted.
Cargo Delivery
Cargo delivered by international flights should have undergone
customs inspections and be shipped with all necessary certificates,
and be in accordance with regulations of the departure, arrival
and transit nations.
Cargo
Delivery Prohibition
It is prohibited to deliver cargo with cultural relic, narcotic
drugs or items that are inflammable, explosive, corrosive,
poisonous or of other dangers. Carriers should inspect delivery
cargo to ensure flight safety.
Hazardous Cargo
The delivery issues of hazardous cargo on international flight,
such as the name of the articles allowed, their numbers and
package requirements, should be decided in accordance with
related carriers' regulations.
